Due to unimaginable poverty,countless families there are orphan/single parent child girl or the poor family girls who are unable to get their young daughters and sisters married.Those underprivileged families or individual are unable to pay huge sum of money at the time of the marriage,which often pushes them under heavy debt and loans.
In such circumstances the young girls end up getting into illicit activities to make a living.Our effort is to curb such activities by getting these girls get married by providing some basic amentiies to start their livelihood .They find their life partner on their own with proper verification.
Umeed Foundation extends the support to orphan/single parent child/poor family girls in their difficult sitiations by gifting the basic essential items,food for 50 people who comes as guest for the marriage.The Journey started in 2017 when a single parent child was sitting and crying on the Bus-stop and missing her father who had huge dreams and use to tell her the fairy tail while she was small .If standing like a parent to a girl and fullfilling her small wishes brings so much of happiness then why not .
We are so blessed to have our family who make our marriage so grand ,here we can’t make grand but fullfilling a small wish is also like a grand marriage for a girl. With Blessings and unconditional support of all we have supported 500 plus marriages.
How to Support?
- You can contribute in terms of Materialistic and Monetary Both
- Items that can be contributed is Basic utensils,Iron cupboard, Bed , Dresses, Bedsheet,Artificial Jwellery etc.
- Sponsor food for 50 people
You can contribute the expense for entire marriage which is minimum Rs.25,000/- only or least contribute anything that you wish too as every drop counts.
